Innovation ABA is searching for full-time and part-time RBTs (for the right candidate, we will help get your RBT certification) located in Dover, Delaware and Houlton, Maine to provide the highest quality of services to children on the autism spectrum. We provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis in a variety of settings including in-home, in-community, and within our center.
Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The goals of services are to improve behavioral, social, and adaptive skill functioning while allowing the individual to remain in or move to the most inclusive setting. The preferred candidate is reliable, organized and professional. This professional must be willing to perform therapy services both in-home and in-community settings. The ideal candidate is also prompt and accurate with communication and documentation. In addition, candidates must demonstrate a commitment to serving a population of individuals with challenging behaviors.
We are seeking BCBAs to provide Applied Behavior Analysis clinical services for children,
adolescents, and adults.
The preferred candidate is a self-starter who is reliable, organized, and professional. This professional must be willing to perform therapy services mainly in the homes of the families served or via telehealth. Clinicians are also responsible for the supervision and training of RBTs. The ideal candidate is prompt with communication and documentation. In addition, candidates must demonstrate a commitment to serving a population of individuals with challenging behaviors.
